What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to run your event: your name, email address, event details, vendor schedules, and messages exchanged within the app. We do not collect sensitive financial information.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to power your Wedding Circle experience — coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and facilitating communication between your team. It is never used for advertising or shared with outside parties.
Location Tracking & Auto Check-in
Location tracking is required to monitor vendor movements and arrivals on the wedding day. It is available to vendors only and activates automatically 15 minutes before their scheduled shift start time on the wedding date. Tracking stops automatically when their scheduled shift ends. Outside of these exact windows — and on any day other than the wedding day — location is never accessed or recorded. GPS coordinates are shared in real-time only with the couple and coordinator to monitor vendor arrivals at each venue. When a vendor’s device enters the venue geofence (within ~300 meters), the system automatically logs a check-in time and sends a notification to the couple and coordinator. Location data is not stored beyond the event and is never shared with anyone outside your wedding team.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Simply contact our support team and we will process your request promptly.
