Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform. Unlawful use will result in immediate termination of access, and when appropriate, we will report such activity to relevant authorities.
Vendor and Service Provider Obligations
Vendors and service providers using Wedding Circle agree to provide accurate information about their services, availability, and pricing. All vendors must comply with local laws and regulations and maintain appropriate professional conduct. Any disputes between vendors and couples are the sole responsibility of those parties and will be handled directly between them. Wedding Circle will not be involved in any disputes, mediation, or resolution processes and shall not be liable for any issues arising from vendor-couple relationships.
Limitation of Liability
Wedding Circle provides its service on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wedding Circle’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of one month’s subscription rate. Wedding Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Modification of Terms
Wedding Circle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
