Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Cancel Anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or long-term service contract. When you cancel as a vendor, all data is deleted and you will no longer have access to your events. When you cancel as a couple, your event data will be deleted. You will be required to re-subscribe/re-purchase to use the our product again, but all prior data will be deleted.
When I Add a Vendor, do They Need to Pay to Have Access?
Added vendors will have access to chat, timeline and tracking features for your wedding only. If they wish to create events of their own, use CRM and the Education hub, they will be required to have their own subscription.
What if I Need Help?
There are two ways you can receive help. The first is by visiting our YouTube channel tutorials. If you still require assistance, you can reach out to us via email and through our help center.
Is My Data Secure?
Yes! We never share your personal data with anyone, for any reason, at any time unless required to do so under court order. Your data will never be sold and is deleted when you cancel/delete your account.
